Your information is used only to help you with Medicare. It is never sold.

Please do not send health information, Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, or banking details through the website form. Those can be discussed directly with Justen by phone.

- To contact you by phone, text message, or email, as you agreed when you submitted the form.
- To keep records required for insurance and Medicare marketing compliance.

How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with other agents, marketing companies, or lead sellers. Information is shared only:
- With an insurance company when you ask us to help you apply for or enroll in a plan it offers;
- With service providers that operate this website and deliver email for us (such as Cloudflare), who may use it only to provide that service; and
- When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
The details you type into our forms are stored in our secure lead system and emailed to Justen. They are never sent to Meta or any advertising platform. Any mobile alert we receive about a new request contains no personal details.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This site works without cookies. We only use one optional tool: the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which uses cookies and similar technology to tell us when someone who saw our ad visits the site or sends a request. It loads only after you click “Accept”. If you click “Decline” or ignore the banner, it does not load.

- Calls and email: tell Justen, or email justen.monroe@yahoo.com, and you will be removed from further contact.
- Access or deletion: you may ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it to meet legal or insurance record-keeping requirements.
Security and retention
This site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. We keep request records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and insurance record-keeping requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Oklahoma insurance privacy notice
When Oklahoma insurance privacy rules require it, you will receive a full insurance privacy notice. A copy is available on request.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
